We believe that our commitment to improving our clients’ lives extends to our shared community. Corporate philanthropy has been a core part of The Bostonian Group’s culture from the beginning.
The Bostonian Group Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament
Originally known as The Answer House Golf Classic, this event was created by our CEO’s father in 1978. The Bostonian Group has been the lead sponsor since Jim Blue joined the firm in 1989. Over $300,000 has been raised from this charity golf event, with all our proceeds supporting the Answer House which is a halfway home dedicated to helping those with severe alcohol and / or drug additions find a way back to family, friends and employment.
The Holiday Celebration of Giving
The Bostonian Group has been a presenting sponsor at The Holiday Celebration of Giving since its founding in 2002. The Holiday Celebration of Giving benefits The Rodman Ride for Kids, an umbrella charity that raises money for social service agencies promoting healthy, positive lives for underprivileged children in Massachusetts. 100% of the money raised through silent and live auctions goes to help kids in need.
