BBJ's Corporate Citizenship Summit Recognizes Charitable Success

The Boston Business Journal honored Bostonian Group and Boston Health Care for the Homeless (BHCHP) with their 2010 Corporate Citizenship Summit award as Partners of the Year in the Health Care industry. The awards celebration, to be held September 10 at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, honors the top charitable contributors and provides tools and information on how to begin and sustain a charitable mission.

 

For five years Bostonian Group has supported BHCHPís mission to provide and assure access to the highest quality health care for Bostonís homeless men, women, and children.  In addition to an annual fundraising event, Bostonian Group provides general operating aid to support the work of doctors, nurses and case managers working with this vulnerable population. Bostonian Group employees at all levels have been an active presence at BHCHP.  Serving on the organizationís Board of Directors to organizing awareness events, participating in donation drives and volunteering in the medical respite program.
