Bostonian Group Charitable Foundation
Community. It is a word you hear often, used in many different ways. At Bostonian Group, community means working together as a team to enhance the lives of our clients, our employees and the communities in which we live, work and raise our children. By giving back, we strengthen our communities and empower people to succeed.
We invest in communities through our Charitable Foundation. Our leadership team and all of our employees—100% participation—support numerous organizations through financial contributions and volunteering their time and talents. We provide employees with one “paid day off” per year to devote to volunteer activities. Bostonian Group also pledges a yearly matching contribution to a not-for-profit organization of an employee’s choosing. The Foundation supports educational, health care, environmental, arts, cultural, community, civic, and social service organizations for the improvement and enrichment of life in our communities. We contribute to a diverse range of organizations, including: Answer House, Boston Health Care for the Homeless, Rodman Ride for Kids, Project Bread/Walk for Hunger, Colonel Daniel Marr Boys & Girls Club of Dorchester, Catholic Charities and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. |
