Do you collect and retain personal information* about a resident of Massachusetts?

* “Personal Information” refers to any combination of name and account number (e.g. SSN, driver’s license, or financial account number).
 
If you answered yes, and you have employees or customers who live in Massachusetts, then you are subject to this law.
