The new health reform law established a federal, voluntary long-term care insurance program, known as Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) Act. The program becomes effective on January 1, 2011, however it is not expected to be operational at this point.
On November 10th, at 9:00 am (EST) the webinar will explore the CLASS Act details such as eligibility, cost, and benefits. Speakers, Ed Jette, John Mancuso, and Laura McKiernan will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of choosing CLASS verses a private plan.
